I love offering support to anyone and everyone using Essential Oils… whether you’re simply eager to learn more, already enrolled or ready to share and build. Get your Essential Oils business up and running without the guesswork or trial-and-error that usually goes into building a successful business.

What kind of support do you offer?

We take pride in providing professional, one to one support to our customers through our advanced ticketing system.

Will you be adding more templates?

Yes, we’re working on new templates as we speak. In fact, our target is to add a new template in the library every month.

Will I be able to make changes to my website on my own down the road?

Yes! I use a website layout builder that makes it very easy to tweak the text and swap out images if needed. I can provide video tutorials walking you through how to do this so you have a reference later. I always advise not trying to change anything too major though so the overall layout isn’t accidentally altered. I am always here for you to reach out to after with questions or if you’d like to work together again on making changes or additions to the website.

What if I need to add more pages to my website later?

I am always here for you post project! Adding additional new pages to the website is between $75-200 per page depending on the amount of content needed on that page.

What kind of maintenance will my website require?

WordPress website plugins need to be maintained semi-regularly. This is so easy though! About once a month or so just login to your WordPress backend, go to the plugins tab and click update for any plugins that say an update is available. That’s it!

I can't design, will my website still look nice?

Absolutely! By default, everything looks nice. Because you don’t have to worry about font spacing, color matching or any of the details of design, you can just update your info and let the existing content handle everything. If you’re stuck, contact Support and we’ll give you some advice.

Are the website templates editable?

Yes. Every LauchStudiosHQ template is 100% editable. Add, edit and delete sections to make it exactly how you want it.

If I decide to quit, will I lose my site?

We don’t think you’ll want to leave once you’ve joined our system. However, you can export certain content from your Site into an .xml file. This is useful if you want to export content such as blog posts to WordPress. But note: not everything will export, as many features rely on our platform’s JavaScript, CSS and Editor.
